Brandye Rocca has a zest for life. She lives every day with a positive, determined and fun attitude and is driven by how she helps others achieve greatness in their lives in all areas, especially in buying, selling or investing in properties in Austin and the surrounding areas. She has lived in the Hill Country for 4 decades & has seen tremendous growth. From first-time buyers, luxury home or farm & ranch seekers, to new families moving into the area, Brandye enjoys serving clients from all walks of life, and is known for making the home or land buying (or selling!) experience an enjoyable one. As a dedicated member of her community, Brandye loves volunteering as much as she can. She’s very active in the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce as a leader in Leadership LT, and an Ambassador. She also serves with the Texas Advocacy Project, a member of the National Charity League, and is becoming a Quantum Leap Instructor to mentor young adults to help find their purpose. She holds numerous awards and recognitions for her work in real estate, including certification in Luxury Home Marketing from The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a member of the Million Dollar GUILD™, is a member of the KW Luxury Division, and Land Division. She also is a graduate of GRI, is iBuyer certified with the Keller Offer Cash iBuyer program, is currently serving her 3 years on the Associate Leadership Council for Keller Williams Lake Travis, reserved for the top 20% of all agents and has served as the chair on several committees. In 2021 she earned the Platinum Award, Top 5 GCI and Top 500 Award winner with Real Producers; 2020 she earned the Gold Award; 2019 won Rookie of the Year at the Keller Williams Lake Travis office.
