Brooke moved from Los Angeles to Austin in 2017 with her husband and two daughters. After 17 years working in the film business as a wardrobe stylist, she realized she could use the skills and experience she obtained in the fashion and film industry in the real estate sector of this very fast growing city. In additIon to her impeccable taste, Brooke has a very relatable personality, which is why she has such a varied group of clients in different facets and phases of life. Brooke's negotiating skills and determination to make sure her buyer clients get the best home and the best deal possible are unparalleled. When selling a client's home, she uses these skills to get top dollar for her sellers and making the process a seamless pleasure. Brooke likes to think of her business as more relationship based than transactional so many of Brooke's clients are repeat or referral customers. But still, she never forgets that the ultimate goal is building a future of happiness and prosperity for her clientele. In Brooke’s spare time, she loves to play tennis, spend time with her daughters and husband and enjoy wine and cheese with her girlfriends!
