Chanda is married to Robert (Bubba) Ammann, Vice President of Operations of Picosa Ranch. The same ranch on which he grew up when his grandparents, Governor and Mrs. John Connally owned the property. They have three wonderful children Peter, Shane and Layne. Chanda also describes herself as a " total foodie" with a love for wine, music, ballet, theater and traveling. In her free time, she consults on staging and interior design. She cherishes spending time with family and friends outdoors hiking, biking, swimming, tubing, skiing and shooting.
