Karen Gulick started her career by a suggestion from her former broker while selling her own ranch. That suggestion opened up a world that was made for Karen. Her background in advanced engineering mathematics and groundwater hydrology in college created the perfect platform to advance her career in the rural home and land sales. She hit the ground running winning RE/MAX awards each year licensed. After leaving RE/MAX, Karen formed South Texas Realty LLC and is the designated broker of 10 agents. She enjoys sharing all she has learned along the way to platform agents into a successful career. With over 115 million in career sales, Karen has a wide range of knowledge to navigate through farm/ranch, rural and metro home sales along with commercial transactions. Karen is not only the broker/owner of South Texas Realty LLC, but is also a broker associate of Texas Ranch Sales LLC which is one of the most premier ranch brokerages in Texas. Karen’s has three sons, all of which attend college in College Station Tx. Her middle son is an Air Force contract cadet in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets and a Ross Volunteer. Her passion is salt water fishing and dove hunting. You can find her fishing every chance she gets all while writing and negotiation contracts. Karen also spends hundreds of hours volunteering at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo as a 31 year volunteer on the Steer Committee yearly and a CCA (Coastal Conservation Association) and Ducks Unlimited Contributor. Karen is a problem solver and researcher, so she will work with all clients from start to finish to ensure a smooth transaction. Her motto is “Winners find a way” and that has contributed to her success working for her clients.
