Nichole graduated in 1999 from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management. She grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and this is where her realestate career began. Having previous experience working in banking as a mortgage loan compliance officer, she understood the regulations and loan process like the back of her hand. However, always being a people person she decided to get her realestate license and give sales a shot! She started out as a Buyer's Agent for a high producing team brokered by KW. Becoming the top producing agent on the team within months, she knew that she was going to have the passion and drive to succeed in the fast-paced realestate industry. In 2016 Nichole married her husband Dr. Maxim Eckmann and that resulted in she and her three sons, Jourdan, Julian, and Joaquin relocating to San Antonio. Adapting to living in a new city and learning the ins and outs of the San Antonio realestate market took time, but Nichole built her business with eXp Realty and became a Top Producing ICON Agent for the South Texas Region and was awarded the Chairman Excellence Award for Production in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Her commitment to teamwork earned her the Collaboration Core Value Award in 2018 as well. Specializing in physician and military relocations she has assisted numerous families with the home buying and home selling process.
