ABOUT ALEXIA I am proud to be a native Texan and living in the great city of Austin, Texas. I moved to Austin from Houston in the year 2000 to pursue my dreams of living in the Texas Hill Country and enjoying all that Austin had to offer. I have a Business degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Business degree from Rice University. I received my Realtor license in June 2014. I hold a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (“MCNE”) and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (“GRI”) designation in real estate which less than 10% of Texas Realtors hold. I also hold a CPA license although I no longer practice accounting. In December 2019, I was selected as a Platinum Top 50 Winner out of over 14,000+ Realtors in Austin. The award is based on production, community service, charitable donations and education. In 2019 - 2021, I was ranked in the top 5% of the 600+ Realtors at Realty Austin in terms of closed sales. In 2018-2021, I received Realty Austin’s Diamond Club award for sales production over $10 million. Less than 5% of Austin Realtors earn this recognition. I am a member of the Dripping Springs Elite 25 Real Estate Professionals as well as the Texas Association of Realtors and the Austin Board of Realtors. I am licensed to sell real estate anywhere in Texas and often will refer clients moving to other states to another Realtor through our Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Network.
